Red Top Farms Pork Tenderloin – lentils, collard greens, pineapple
1855 Beef Farms Chuck Zabuton Steak, carajillo sauce, charred pearl onions
Seared Scallops – cauliflower risotto, pickled cauli florets, salsify
Crispy Tofu Steak – green mojo, mint frisee salad
